Ordering Guidelines

User Accounts
You may wish to create an account before starting to add items to your shopping list, since you will need to do so to complete an order. To do this, click on 'My Account' at the top of the page and enter your details. If you have already created an account you can log in. You can also opt-in to the mailing list if you wish.

Adding Items to Shopping List

• Select from one of the categories under 'Shopping', or in the search bar where you can also enter a keyword search if you have an idea of what you are looking for.
• In the products / search results list, click on a product name to view the full details.
• Enter the number of this product you wish to order and click 'Add to shopping list'. The item will appear in your shopping list displayed on the right.
• If you wish to then change the number of items, click on the item name in the shopping list, change the number then click 'Update Quantity'. To remove an item from your list simply change the quantity to zero.
• Use your browser's back button to return to the product list or search again to find more products.
• If you are not logged-in, you will need to do so (or create an account) to save your list for later or complete an order. To do this click on 'Checkout', 'My List' or 'Save List' below the shopping list.
• If you added items to a shopping list before logging-in and you have previously saved a shopping list, these lists will be combined when you log in.

Completing Your Order

• Click on 'Checkout' below the shopping list to go to the checkout. Your order value will be displayed on the right along with the shipping cost and the total amount payable.
• Fill out the form with the delivery address details. If you have previously saved a delivery address the form will already be completed. Check the details are correct before you continue.
