Refunds can only be made up to 14 working days after receipt of
order and only if the product has not been tampered with, seals broken
or any product used.
Purchase orders placed on this website constitute an offer by the
customer to purchase at the stated price. We reserve the right to
refuse such an offer and require a different price to be paid before
goods are despatched or alternatively refund in full any monies paid
by the customer.
Credit/Debit card payment for orders is processed by PayPal. Customers
are not required to have a PayPal account to use this service. Customers
will receive an e-mail from us confirming their order, and a confirmation-of-payment
e-mail from PayPal. PayPal accept most major credit and debit cards.
Goods will be despatched once full payment has cleared and by first
class postage.
We aim to deliver all orders to U.K. customers within 3 days however
this may take longer (up to 21 days) due to holidays or periods of
high sales volume.
Customers should ensure they enter the correct shipping zone when
ordering otherwise orders will not be despatched. The options for
this are United Kingdom, Mainland Europe and Rest of the World.
Information submitted to this website by customers is only used
in connection with the delivery of products and services of Hands
of Peace. Customer information will not be shared with other organisations
without the customer’s consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of this
website at any time and without prior notice.
Products and services promoted through this website should only
be used in accordance with the usage instructions provided. Products
for external use should not be ingested?
